New from KWU! OPs, TLs, and MCAs come together to sharpen their skills at empowering and retaining their agents. Participants create a Leadership Communication System, strengthen their understanding of their agents’ “PERC”s (Production, Engagement, Recognition, and Commitment), and learn the warning signs that call for intervention when an agent is struggling to maintain connection to KW’s Value Proposition. This one-day course taught by Master Faculty is best taken as a full team, and individual leaders are welcomed as well! We recommend to take this with the Recruiting Great Agents class!
